Spanish-speaking, bicultural volunteers especially needed.

To Apply

Applications accepted up to six months in advance of the term in which you wish to serve. Please plan ahead–we make every effort to accomodate all qualified applicants; however, we have a lengthy application and screening process that takes several weeks to complete. You may not be able to start working until all of your paperwork is complete. This could impact your ability to satisfy the requirements of your school’s internship program.

Complete the Internship Application (located here) and return along with a letter of interest and current resume. You will also need to submit three references (for references, please download and follow the instructions in the Volunteer Reference Check Form located here). Applications may be submitted in person or by mail to Michael Woodward, Volunteer Manager, Emerge! Center Against Domestic Abuse, 2545 E. Adams St., Tucson, AZ  85716. Applications are also accepted by fax to (520) 323-0122, or in Adobe PDF or Microsoft Word (.doc) format attachments via email to michaelw@emergecenter.org.
